Dannie Wilson Haley, 62, of Madisonville, KY

HOPKINS COUNTY, Ky. - Dannie Wilson Haley, 62, of Madisonville, KY, passed away Tuesday, January 15, 2013 at Baptist Hospital.

He was born April 8, 1950 in Christian Co., KY to the late Albert Wilson Haley and Beulah Carolyn Pyle Haley.

Dannie was a member of Lonestar Pentecostal Church. He retired from Air Gas after 23 years of service and was a member of the Christian Co. High School class of 1969. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and spoiling his grandchildren and great grandchildren, his family was his life. Chloe his dog was a gift from God according to Dannie.

He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Lana Bourland Haley; one son, Donnie (Valerie) Haley of Manitou, KY; one brother, Albert W. (Elaine) Haley of Hopkinsville, KY two grandchildren, Chris (Leeann) Haley of Madisonville and Cassandra Haley of Manitou; two great grandchildren, Logan Messamore and Colin Haley and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be 11:00 A.M. Friday, January 18, 2013 at Barnett-Strother Funeral Home with Rev. Richard Sisk and Rev. Tommy Bogle officiating. Entombment will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Mausoleum in Madisonville.

Visitation will be 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. Thursday and after 9:00 A.M. Friday at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Floyd Hancock, John Hancock, Edward Sizemore, James Owen, Charles Hall, Ronnie Bourland and Ricky Bourland.
