HOPKINS COUNTY, Ky. - Joseph Andrew Anzalone, 64, of Madisonville, KY, passed away Friday, February 15, 2013 at his residence.

He was born November 4, 1948 to the late Phillip and Lucy DeMarrco Anzalone.

Mr. Anzalone was a self-employed building contractor and musician.

He is survived by several children; and his companion, Donna Sutton of Madisonville.

Services will be held at a later date.
