HOPKINS COUNTY, Ky. - Mable Irene Coble, 93, of Madisonville, KY passed away at noon on Tuesday, February 19, 2013 at Baptist Health Madisonville.

She was born on July 26, 1919 in Madisonville, KY to the late Ava Pearl Lenning and Charles Presley Lenning. She retired as a nurse with Trover Convalescent Center in Madisonville. She attended First Methodist Church in Madisonville and was a member of Olive Branch Baptist Church in Hanson. Her life was enriched by church attendance and participation and the many friends she had. Activities at the Senior Citizens Center were always enjoyed by her. She and her friend Murray were always enjoying activities at the Rizpah Shrine Temple social events. They enjoyed spending time together before his passing.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her step-mother, Lillian Sanderfur Lenning; her first husband, Elliott "Boss" Corum; her second husband, Millard Padgett Coble; longtime companion, Murray Noffsinger; infant brother, James Earl Lenning; her brother, Marvin Presley Lenning; and four sisters, Mary Downey, Audrey Alexander, Magdalene McDowell and Myrtle Carver.

She is survived by her son, Barry (Donna) Corum of Tulsa, OK; two grandsons, Elliott Martin Corum of Owensboro, KY and Micah (Ambar) Lee Corum of Hamburg, Germany; her granddaughter, Sarah (Matt) Corum Armstrong of Salt Lake City, UT; her great-grandson, Sean Armstrong; two great-granddaughters, Madison Armstrong and Isabel Armstrong; her sister, Anna Imogene Osbourne of Evansville, IN; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, February 21, 2013 in the chapel of Harris Funeral Home in Madisonville with Pastor Gary Taylor officiating. Burial to follow in Mt. Zion Cemetery in Madisonville, KY.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until the funeral hour Thursday at Harris Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Bill Osbourne, David Osbourne, Mark Osbourne, Jim Howard, Steve Gibson and Neil Ferrell. Honorary pallbearers will be Mike Osbourne and Sam Ferrell.
