Danny (Little Danny) Bratcher, Jr., 46, of Dalton, KY

 

HOPKINS COUNTY, Ky. - Danny (Little Danny) Bratcher, Jr., 46, of Dalton, KY, passed away Monday, March 4, 2013 at Baptist Health in Madisonville.

He was born February 10, 1967 in Madisonville, KY to Danny C. Bratcher, SR., and Sharon Faye Bratcher. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Virgil Henry Bratcher and Mary Elizabeth Bratcher, and William E. Dockery.

Mr. Bratcher worked on the cutting floor at Carhartt. He was a member of Silent Run Baptist Church and was an avid turkey hunter, fisherman, and duck hunter.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife Deana Gibson Bratcher; one daughter, Jessica Marie Bratcher of Dalton; grandmother, Jimella Dockery of Coiltown, KY; mother and father-in-law, Joe and Kathy Gibson of Dalton; and niece, Paige Branson of Madisonville.

Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. on Friday March 8, 2013, with Bro. Wayne Lamb and Bro. Ricky Lutz officiating. Burial will follow after the services at Dalton Cemetery in Dalton.

Visitation will be 4:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. on Thursday March 7, 2013 and from noon until the funeral hour on Friday.

Honorary Pallbearers will be David Bratcher, Jeff Bratcher and Jackie Jones.

Pallbearers will be Carl Hatler, Jeremiah Jones, Justin Jones, Tommy Frazier, Danny Jones and Kenny Gower.

Memorial contributions may be made to Providence Toys for Tots at: Toys for Tots Providence KY, ATTN: Keith Farrell, 611 Maple Street, Providence, KY 42450 . Envelopes will be made available at the funeral home.
