Dorothy Mae (Foster) Forker, 81 of Madisonville, KY

HOPKINS COUNTY, Ky. - Dorothy Mae (Foster) Forker, 81 of Madisonville, KY passed away at 9:35 PM Friday March 22, 2013 at Redbanks Colonial Terrace Nursing Home in Sebree, KY.

She was born April 17, 1931 in Hopkins County, KY to the late William McKinley and Mertie Ann (Mesker) Foster.

She was a homemaker and of the Baptist Faith.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by 3 sisters; Geneva Tompkins, Lois Sisk and Revina Sutton and a brother; Preston Foster.

She is survived by 4 children; Melissa Mae Cowin of Sebree, KY; Pamela Kay Nelson of Kuttawa, KY; Jeffrey Leon Forker of Madisonville, KY; James David Scott of Poole, KY; 2 Sisters; JoAnn Forker of Hanson, KY; Louise Hubbard of Slaughters, KY; 3 Brothers; Billy Wayne Foster of Mt. Carmel, IL; Bobby Lee Foster of Henderson, KY; Curtis Foster of Dawson Springs, KY; 8 Grandchildren; 20 Great Grandchildren; Several nieces and nephews.

Services will be held Tuesday, March 26, at 1:00PM at Tomblinson Funeral Home Slaughters-Hanson Chapel. Bro. Carl Nelson and Bro. Gary Taylor will officiate. Burial will be in Slaughters Cemetery.

Visitation will be Monday, March 25, from 5PM until 8PM and Tuesday from 9AM until service time, at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Amanda Whitmer, Katrina Durbin, Kyle Whitmer, Glenn Forker, Jason Barber and Jeffery Nelson.
