Arlene Eastwood Zachary, 74, of Sebree, KY

HOPKINS COUNTY, Ky. - Arlene Eastwood Zachary, 74, of Sebree, KY passed away at 6:15 a.m. on Sunday, March 31, 2013 at Redbanks Colonial Terrace in Sebree.

She was born on April 27, 1938 in Hanson, KY to the late Avis Collings Eastwood and Benjamin Carson Eastwood. She was retired as a clerk from Southern States in Madisonville. She loved flowers, gardening and working in the greenhouse at Southern States. She was a member of Old Salem Methodist Church in Hanson, KY.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Zachary.

She is survived by her sons, Tim (Connie) Zachary of Sebree and Brent Zachary of Hanson; her daughters, Kim (Dan) Prince and Lezlie (Kenneth Wilson) Zachary all of Hanson; her brother, Jim Eastwood of Hanson; her sister, Julia Carlisle of Hanson; eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, April 3, 2013 in the chapel of Harris Funeral Home in Madisonville with Bro. Chuck Ladd officiating. Burial to follow in Slaughters Cemetery in Slaughters, KY.

Visitation will be from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. Tuesday and from 9 a.m. until the funeral hour Wednesday at Harris Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Blake Zachary, Chad Zachary, Michael Wilson, Hunter Prince, Tim Durbin and Nate Fortner. Honorary pallbearer will be Trilby Dame.
