Thomas Earl McElvain, age 41, of Dawson Springs, KY

HOPKINS COUNTY, Ky. - Thomas Earl McElvain, age 41, of Dawson Springs, KY passed away on Sunday, April 14, 2013 in a motorcycle accident. Mr. McElvain was born May 16, 1971 in Greenville, KY to Larry McElvain and the late Yvonne Marlene Alexander. Mr. McElvain was a 1989 graduate of West Hopkins High School and worked as a supervisor for Surface Coal Mine Company. He was of the Baptist faith.

Mr. McElvain is survived by his father; his wife ~ Brandy McElvain of Dawson Springs, KY; a daughter ~ Kaelin Grayce McElvain of Dawson Springs, KY; two sons ~ Jacob Lee McElvain of Calhoun, KY & Dakota Blake Bowlds of Dawson Springs, KY; a sister ~ Sophia Darlene Brinkley of Dawson Springs, KY; two grandchildren ~ Brysen Lee McElvain & Paisley Rae McElvain.

Preceding Mr. McElvain in death was his mother; and a brother ~ Jay Murray Brown.

Visitation will be Friday, April 19, 2013, from 6:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. at Beshear Funeral Home in Dawson Springs and on Saturday, April 20, 2013 from 9:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M.. Funeral Services will be at 1:00 P.M. on Saturday, April 20, 2013 at the funeral home with Bro. Mark Shriver presiding. Burial will follow in Dalton Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Cory Garrand, Vernon Davis, Anthony McPherson, Jason Robinson, John Thomas Wiles, Alan Mendoza, Todd Moorehead and James Brewer.
