John Kenneth Roach, 75 of Hanson, KY

HOPKINS COUNTY, Ky. - John Kenneth Roach, 75 of Hanson, KY passed away at 4:55 PM Thursday May 2, 2013 at Baptist Health in Madisonville, KY

He was born in Webster County, KY on April 21, 1938 to the late Marshall E. and Linnie (Couch) Roach.

He was a member of Old Salem United Methodist Church and was a former Federal Crop Insurance Adjuster. He was also an avid hunter.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by 2 sisters; Marcella Oakley and Frances Smith, brother; Tommy Roach, nephew; Mark Smith and niece Joy Fuller.

He is survived by his wife Priscilla Ann (Crabtree) Roach; 2 daughters and son in laws; Laurie and Tim Wyatt of Hanson, KY; Suzell and Allen LeGrand of Madisonville ,KY; 2 Grandchildren; Lauren LeGrand of Madisonville, KY; Matthew Wyatt of Hanson, KY; 2 sisters; Lois Turley and husband David of Slaughters, KY, Carol Brown of Hanson, KY; Nieces and Nephews.

Services will be held at 1:00 PM Monday May 6, 2013 at Tomblinson Funeral Home Slaughters-Hanson Chapel. Pastor Chuck Ladd and Pastor Richard Cheever will officiate.

Burial will follow in Slaughters Cemetery.

Visitation will be Sunday from 4:00 until 8:00 and Monday 10:00 AM until service time at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Tim Wyatt, Allen LeGrand, Matthew Wyatt, Wendell Smith, Alan Oakley and Robin Roach.

Memorial contributions may be made to Old Salem United Methodist Church, 2542 Vandetta Rd, Hanson, KY 42413
