Madisonville Police Report – May 24, 2013

mpd arrestlogMADISONVILLE, Ky. (5/24/13) – On Friday, May 24, 2013 the Madisonville Police Department reported 9 instances of law enforcement activity.
 
Antonio Frazier, 52, of Madisonville was arrested on May 23 for Disorderly Conduct, Menacing, Assault in the 3rd Degree and Drug Paraphernalia Buy/Possess. The arresting officer was Justin Jones.
 
Tyrelle Henderson, 36, of Madisonville was arrested on May 23 for Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place and Assault in the 4th Degree (Domestic Violence) with Minor Injuries. The arresting officer was Justin Jones.
 
Matthew Bullock, 20, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on May 23 for Failure to Appear in Court. The arresting officer was Brandon Darnell.
 
Bobby Kittinger, 38, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant for another agency on May 23 for Operating on a Suspended Operating License. The arresting officer was Russell Nichols.
 
Tyson Gregory, 43, of Madisonville was arrested on May 23 for Operating Motorized Vehicle Under/Influence of Alcohol. The arresting officer was Jeff Miller.

Trayuis Hendrix, 25, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on May 23 for Non-payment of Fines and Failure to Appear in Court. The arresting officer was Richard Cobb.
 
Christopher Brantley, 22, of Earlington was served an arrest warrant on May 23 for Failure to Appear in Court. The arresting officer was Van Killough.
 
Daniel Tate, 54, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on May 23 for Theft by Unlawful Taking /Disp. – Shoplifting under $500.00. The arresting officer was Jeff Ethridge.
 
Charles Rzepka, 41, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant for another agency on May 23 for Lyon County. The arresting officer was Tyler Russell.
