mem flag 300CENTRAL CITY, Ky. (5/28/13) – Central City Fireman Brandon Devine found a unique way to remember the fallen heroes honored on Memorial Day.

Devine chose to raise the red, white and blue high over the middle of Second Street using a fire truck extension ladder.

“I just thought it was a good way to pay respect to all those we need to remember on Memorial Day weekend,” Devine said.
