Daviess County Food Establishment Ratings

green river district HDOWENSBORO, Ky. (8/12/13) – The Green River District Health Department reviewed the following restaurants and food service establishments in Daviess County:

Fuel Express, located at 1100 E 18th St., was inspected on Mon., Aug. 5, and received a score of 96 and an A rating.

Fuel Express/Tobacco Barn, located at 1428 W 2nd St., was inspected on Mon. Aug. 5, and received a score of 97 and an A rating.

BJ Castle Burger, located at 1212 E 18th St., was inspected on Mon. Aug. 5, and received a score of 95 an A rating.

Applebee's Neighborhood Grill & Bar, located at 5120 Frederica St., was inspected on Mon. Aug. 5, and received a score of 96 and an A rating.

Jumpin Jacks 418, located at 1035 Tamarack Rd., was inspected on Mon. Aug. 5, and received a score of 98 and an A rating for their retail section, and a score of 88 and a C rating for their food section.

Boiler Room Bar, located at 1100 Walnut St., was inspected on Mon. Aug. 5, and received a score of 96 and an A rating.

Gene's Health Foods Inc, located at 1738 Sweeney St., was inspected on Tues., Aug. 6, and received a score of 100 and an A rating for their retail section, and a score of 98 and an A rating for their food section.

Pizza Hut, located at 4127 Frederica St., was inspected on Tues., Aug. 6, and received a score of 96 and an A rating.
