Madisonville Police Reports – August 26, 2013

mpd arrestlog3MADISONVILLE, Ky. (8/26/13) – On Monday, August 26, 2013 the Madisonville Police Department reported 27 instances of law enforcement activity.
 
Jason Racicot, 28 of Madisonville was arrested on August 25 for Assault in the 4th Degree (Domestic Violence) with No Visible Injuries. The arresting officer was Paul Haynie.
 
Carlie Franklin, 30 of Hanson was arrested for Theft by Unlawful Taking or Disp. – Shoplifting. The arresting officer was Russell Nichols.
 
John Rosales, 29 of Providence was arrested on August 23 for Receiving Stolen Property, Operating on a Suspended/Revoked Operator’s License, and One Headlight. The arresting officer was William Roundtree.
 
Anthony Williams, 27 of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on August 23 Non-payment of Fines. The arresting officer was William Roundtree.
 
Berry Green, 43 of Madisonville was arrested on August 23 for Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place. The arresting officer was Tyler Russell.

Taylor Coyer, 19 of Madisonville was arrested on August 24 for Receiving Stolen Property under $500.00. The arresting officer was Jeff Ethridge.
 
Amber Owens, 22 of Madisonville was arrested on August 25 for Assault in the 4th Degree (Domestic Violence) with Minor Injuries. The arresting officer was Tyrone Gregory.
 
Tony Vincent, 52 of Henderson was arrested on August 24 for Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place. The arresting officer was William Roundtree.
 
Tyler Gaston, 36 of Madisonville was served with an arrest warrant for Failure to Appear, Fleeing/Evading the Police, Persistence Felony Offender, Trafficking in Controlled Substance, Bail Jumping, Possession Drug Paraphernalia Buy/Possess, and Hindering Apprehension. The arresting officers were Billy Poe, Jeff Ethridge and Tyler Russell.
 
Kayla Mitchell, 28 of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on August 24 for Contempt of Court. The arresting officer was Mark Conrad.
 
Virginia Payne, 26 of Nortonville was arrested on August 24 for Trafficking in Controlled Substance and Possession Paraphernalia Buy/Possess. The arresting officer was Billy Poe.
 
Maria Pallares, 30 of Mortons Gap was arrested for Trafficking in Controlled Substance, Possession Paraphernalia Buy/Possess and Hindering Apprehension. The arresting officer was Billy Poe.
 
Larandance Johnson, 21 of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on August 26 for Failure to Pay and Failure to Appear. The arresting officers were Jeff Ethridge and Tyrone Gregory.
 
Pamela Rosales, 50 of Providence was arrested on August 23 for Theft by Unlawful Taking – Shoplifting under $500.00. The arresting officer was Paul Haynie.
 
Latasha Adamson, 28 was arrested on August 23 for Theft by Unlawful Taking – Shoplifting. The arresting officer was Paul Haynie.
 
Charles Crabtree, 62 of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on August 25 for Another Police Agency (Muhlenberg County). The arresting officer was Justin Jones.
 
Ashley Frayer, 28 of Madisonville was arrested on August 25 for Assault in the 4th Degree (Domestic Violence) with Minor Injuries and Disorderly Conduct. The arresting officer was Jeff Miller.
 
Austin Frayer, 27 of Madisonville was arrested on August 25 for Assault in the 4th Degree (Domestic Violence) with Minor Injuries. The arresting officer was Paul Haynie.
 
Anthony Casey, 56 of Madisonville was arrested on August 24 for Operating on a Suspended DUI license and Operating Motor Vehicle Under/Influence of Alcohol/Drugs. The arresting officer was Justin Jones.
 
Marcus Vinson, 18 of Owensboro was arrested on August 24 for Possession of Marijuana. The arresting officer was Justin Jones.
 
Jessica Jarvis, 21 of Madisonville was arrested on August 24 for Speeding in a Restricted Zone and Possession of Marijuana. The arresting officer was Justin Jones.

Janet Carter, 26 of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on August 24 for Non-payment of Fines and a Serving Warrant for Another Police Agency (Livingston County). The arresting officer was Justin Jones.
 
Bradley Blanton, 25 of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on August 24 for Failure to Pay Fines. The arresting officer was Jeff Miller.
 
Donald Slaton, 63 of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on August 23 for Failure to Appear. The arresting officer was Russell Nichols.
 
Carlos Howell, 35 of Owensboro was served an arrest warrant on August 23 for Another Police Agency (Daviess County). The arresting officer was Justin Jones.
 
Brian Mclain, 18 of Madisonville was arrested on August 23 for Alcohol Intoxication in A Public Place. The arresting officer was Justin Jones.
 
Travarius Baxter, 26 of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on August 23 for Another Police Agency (Henderson County). The arresting officer was Justin Jones.
