Tony Lee Brasher, Sr., 54 of Mortons Gap, Ky

1sunsetHOPKINS COUNTY, Ky. - Tony Lee Brasher, Sr., 54 of Mortons Gap, Ky passed away Sunday August 25th, 2013 at Baptist Health, Madisonville. Born in Madisonville on January 16th, 1959 to the late Arthur and the late Shirley (Bean) Brasher. He was a Coal Miner retired from Pyro Mine. Tony loved being around all of his family and friends.

Survived by four daughters: Misty (Jason) Doherty of Wright City, MO, Mandy Browning of Nortonville, Crystal (Chris) Bridges of Kingston Spring, TN, Alicia (Sal) Vega of Ft. Campbell, KY and two sons, Tony (Krista) Lee Brasher Jr. of Dawson Springs, Patrick (Elysia) Brasher of Crofton, two sisters, Carolyn Thorning of Kuttawa, and, Kay Humphrey of Nortonville, and three brothers, Arthur Ray Brasher, Eddie Brasher of Nortonville, and Donnie Carlton of White Plains, and 16 grandchildren.

Preceded in death by a brother, Bobby Lee Brasher.

Friends may call Thursday from 10:30--11:00am at New Salem Cemetery, with Bro. Eddie Knowles officiating. Service will be held at New Salem Cemetery, Nortonville. Bandy Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
