2sunsetHOPKINS COUNTY, Ky. - Carroll Conrad, 57 years old, passed away at Hillside Villa in Madisonville, Kentucky on September 4, 2013. He was born April 2, 1956 in Hopkins County, Ky. to Orville Junior Conrad and Audrey Phillips Jenkins..

He is survived by his mother Audrey Jenkins and five sisters Janice Poe of Madisonville, Peggy Masoncup of Hopkinsville, Mary Emerson of Nortonville, Meneisa Whitsel of Mortons Gap and Sherry Jackson of Princeton, Ky. Four brothers, Sherman Conrad of Madisonville, Arlyn Jenkins of Missouri, Kevin Conrad of Central City and Chris Conrad of Providence. Several nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be held at Reid-Walters Funeral Home in Earlington, Saturday, September 7, at 2:00 PM with Brother Joe Leonard officiating. Burial in Oakley Home Cemetery in Manitou, Ky. Visitation will be from 5 PM until 8:00 PM on Friday, September 6th and from 10:00 AM until service time on Saturday
