Madisonville Police Reports – September 9, 2013

mpd arrestlog5 300MADISONVILLE, Ky. (9/9/13) – On Monday, September 9, 2013 the Madisonville Police Department reported 19 instances of law enforcement activity.
 
Johnathan Bullock, 27 of Madisonville was arrested on September 6, for Operating on a Suspended/Revoked Operator’s License, Failure of Non-Owner Operator to Maintain Req. Ins/Sec, and No Registration Plates. The arresting officer was Jeff Miller.
 
Derek Harr, 33 of Madisonville was arrested on September 8, for Wanton Endangerment, Fleeing/Evading the Police, Speeding 26 MPH Over Speed Limit, Operating on Suspended/Revoked Operator’s License, Reckless Driving and Disregarding a Stop Sign. The arresting officer was Jeff Miller.
 
Mariah Williams was arrested and served an arrest warrant on September 6, for Prostitution, Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place, and Disorderly Conduct. The arresting officers were William Roundtree, Matt Sanderson, and Justin Jones.
 
Gary Pyle, 54 of Madisonville was arrested on September 7, for Criminal Trespassing and Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place. The arresting officer was Jeff Ethridge.
 
Jeffrey Hay, 54 of Madisonville was arrested on September 7, for Disorderly Conduct and Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place. The arresting officer was Jeff Ethridge.
 
Paul Debandi, 52 of Madisonville was arrested on September 7, for Disorderly Conduct and Alcohol Intoxication. The arresting officer was Van Killough.
 
Alan Pettus, 31 of Madisonville was arrested on September 7, for Trafficking Controlled Substance, Possession of Controlled Substance, Drug Paraphernalia Buy/Possess, and Possession of a Handgun by Convicted Felon. The arresting officers were Tyler Russell and Van Killough.
 
Christopher Tate, 23 of Madisonville was arrested for Possession of Controlled Substance, Fleeing/Evading the Police, Carrying Concealed Deadly Weapon, and Tampering with Physical Evidence. The arresting officers were Tyrone Gregory, Van Killough and Tyler Russell.
 
Gregory Nauman II, 30 of Indianapolis Indiana was served and arrest warrant for Theft by Unlawful Taking Auto over $10,000. The arresting officer was Justin Jones.
 
Brent Faulk, 31 of Madisonville was arrested on September 8, for Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place. The arresting officer was Matt Sanderson.
 
Vickie Carter, 50 of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on September 7, for Another Police Agency (Webster County). The arresting officer was Matt Sanderson.
 
Christopher Schauss, 31 of Madisonville was arrested on September 7, for Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place. The arresting officer was Paul Haynie.
 
Faustino Rodriguez-Olmos, 30 of Grand Rivers was arrested on September 7, for Theft by Unlawful Taking over $500.00. The arresting officer was Russell Nichols.
 
Yolanda Kimbrew, 30 of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on September 6, for Another Police Agency (Muhlenberg County). The arresting officers were Matt Sanderson and Russell Nichols.
 
Jasmine Martinez, 25 of Madisonville was arrested on September 6, for Assault in the 4th Degree (Domestic Violence) with Minor Injuries. The arresting officer was Matt Sanderson.
 
Robert Brogdon III, 25 of Madisonville was arrested on September 6, for Assault in the 4th Degree (Domestic Violence). The arresting officer was Russell Nichols.
 
Brandi James, 32 of Eldorado Illinois was arrested on September 6, for Operating on a Suspended License. The arresting officer was Justin Jones.
 
Beverly Burchett, 46 of Madisonville was arrested and served an arrest warrant on September 6, for Another Police Agency (Pike County), Operating on a Suspended Operator’s License, and Failure to Wear a Seatbelt. The arresting officer was Jeff Miller.
 
Cesar Santiago, 27 of Madisonville was arrested on September 6, for No/Expired Reg. Plate and Operating on Suspended/Revoked Operator’s License. The arresting officer was Falon Devore.
