Jimmy 'Sarge' Wayne Wimberly, 70 of Nebo, Ky

HOPKINS COUNTY, Ky. - Jimmy 'Sarge' Wayne Wimberly, 70 of Nebo, Ky formerly of Nortonville passed away Saturday October 12th, at the Baptist Health, Madisonville

Born in White Plains, on October 20th, 1942 to the late James and the late Edna Loren (Farmer) Wimberley

Jimmy was a Veteran of the Army, retired welder and enjoyed life and being around family and friends.

Survived by his wife, Sheila Littlepage Wimberly; one daughter, Kristi (Jason) Durham of Nebo, and one son, John Wimberly of Nortonville; two brothers, Stephen (Sharon) Wimberly of WIS., David (Sandra) Wimberly of Providence, and two Grandchildren, Joy & Jacob Durham.

Predeceased by a brother, Terry Allen Wimberly.

Friends may call Friday from 5-7 pm at Bandy Funeral Home, Nortonville. Memorial service will be held at 7 pm at Bandy Funeral Home, Rev. John Banks and Dale Somero officiating.

Interment will be Private at a later date.
