The Daviess County Public Schools Board of Education will meet for a Board Luncheon 11:45 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 17 at the Central Office. For more information, call: (270) 852-7000.

The Owensboro Board of Commissioners will meet for a regular meeting 5 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 17 in the Chambers at City Hall. For more information, call: (270) 687-8552.

“Mannheim Steamroller Christmas by Chip Davis” will be performed 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 17 at the RiverPark Center. For more information, go to: www.riverparkcenter.org.

“A Christmas Carol” will be performed by the Theatre Workshop of Owensboro 7:30 p.m. Friday, Dec. 20 and Saturday, Dec. 21 at the Opryhouse on Frederica St. For more information, go to: www.theatreworkshop.org.

Heath & Molly Roots will perform for their second annual Concert in the Mall 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 21. There will be special holiday songs performed onstage in front of JC Penney, plus great deals on original Kentucky music Cds, shirts, and merchandise. Brad McCrady will perform “Christmas With Elvis”, a tribute to the King, 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 21 at Diamond Lake Resort. Tickets are $10 for adults, $5 for children. For more information, go to: www.bradmccrady.com.

The Celtic Women will perform “Home for Christmas” 7 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 21 at the RiverPark Center. For more information, go to: www.riverparkcenter.com.
