Madisonville Police Reports – December 18, 2013

mpd arrestlog5 300MADISONVILLE, Ky. (12/18/13) — The Madisonville Police Department released the following arrest reports Wednesday, Dec. 18.

James Morgan, 27, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant Dec. 17 for contempt of court. The arresting officer was Clay Stroud.

Michael Adamson, 43, of Dawson Springs was served an arrest warrant for Caldwell County Dec. 17 for receiving stolen property, assault in the fourth degree, possession of controlled substance, cultivating in marijuana, drug paraphernalia buy/possess, and possession of marijuana. The arresting officer was Clay Stroud.

Warren Stegman, 36, of Providence was served an arrest warrant Dec. 17 for failure to appear and non-payment of fines. The arresting officer was Clay Stroud.

Amanda McCaslin, 26, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant Dec. 17 for non-payment of fines and serving probation/parole violation. The arresting officers were Brandon Darnell and Kyle Pharris.

Jerry Miller, 45, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant Dec. 17 for falsely reporting an incident. The arresting officer was Justin Jones.

James Scott, 27, of Madisonville was arrested Dec. 17 for driving a motor vehicle texting violation, license not in possession, failure to produce insurance card, drug paraphernalia buy/possess, possession of controlled substance, and DUI. The arresting officer was Justin Jones.
 
Timothy Franklin, 28, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant Dec. 17 for failure to appear. The arresting officer was Jeff Miller.

Jermaine White, 38, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant Dec. 17 for the Owensboro Police Department. The arresting officer was Richard Cobb.
