Madisonville Police Reports – December 30, 2013

mpd arrestlog2MADISONVILLE, Ky. (12/30/13) — The Madisonville Police Department released the following arrest reports Monday, Dec. 30.

Ricardo Dela Cruz, 42, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant and charged Dec. 27 for McLean County, careless driving, driving DUI suspended license, and failure of non-owner operator to maintain requested insurance card. The arresting officer was Van Killough.

Scott Stutler, 32, of Ashland was charged Dec. 28 for disorderly conduct and menacing. The arresting officer was Jeff Miller.

Ryan Wollever, 33, of Madisonville was charged Dec. 28 for alcohol intoxication in a public place, disorderly conduct and, menacing. The arresting officer was Falon Graham.

Stephanie Niswonger, 36, of Madisonville was charged Dec. 29 for theft by unlawful taking shoplifting under $500. The arresting officer was William Roundtree.

Michael Barnes, 55, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant Dec. 29 for failure to appear. The arresting officer was William Roundtree.

Michelle Trice, 42, of Madisonville was charged Dec. 29 for operating on a suspended/revoked operator’s license and theft by unlawful taking shoplifting under $500. The arresting officer was Van Killough.

Daniel Morseman, 37, of Hanson was served an arrest warrant Dec. 29 for contempt of court and theft by unlawful taking. The arresting officers were Van Killough and Jeff Ehtridge.

Wallace Wood, 64, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant Dec. 28 for probation violation. The arresting officer was Van Killough.

David Davis, 22, of Frenchburg was served an arrest warrant Dec. 28 for another police agency. The arresting officer was Russell Nichols.

James Brown, 58, of Madisonville was charged Dec. 28 for possession of controlled substance, concealed deadly weapon, possession of open alcohol container in motor vehicle, and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs. The arresting officer was Justin Jones.

Steven Hall Jr., 25, of Eddyville was charged Dec. 29 for alcohol intoxication in a public place. The arresting officer was Justin Jones.

Shelia Spivey, 28, of Madisonville was charged Dec. 28 for operating on a suspended/revoked operator’s license. The arresting officer was Paul Haynie.

Nia Young, 25, homeless was served an arrest warrant Dec. 26 for theft by unlawful taking under $10,000. The arresting officer was Paul Haynie.

Anthony Goodwin, 24, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant Dec. 27 for trafficking in controlled substance. The arresting officer was Justin Jones.
