Phillip Ray Smith, 43 of Dawson Springs, Ky

HOPKINS COUNTY, Ky. - Phillip Ray Smith, 43 of Dawson Springs, Ky passed away Saturday January 11, 2014 at home. He was born December 13, 1970 in Madisonville to the late Larrie Phillip Smith and late Thelma Gene Lyell Holmes. He was of Baptist faith.

He is survived by two brothers, Jeff and Roy Smith both of Thomson, GA; two sisters, Melinda Smith Carter and Tammy Smith Carter both of Dawson Springs; nieces and nephews, Phillip Bertch, Carey Bertch, Allen Smith, Ray Carter, Sarah Carter, Heather Carter, and David Carter; and several great nieces and nephews.

Services will be held Monday at 11:00 a.m. at Bandy Funeral Home with Bro. Danny Lutz officiating. Visitation will be Monday from 9:00 a.m. - service time at the funeral home. Burial will be in Coles Chapel Cemetery, Crofton.
