Hazel Frances Nicks, 67 of Nortonville, Ky

HOPKINS COUNTY, Ky. - Hazel Frances Nicks, 67 of Nortonville, Ky passed away January 11, 2014 at Brighton Cornerstone Nursing Home, Madisonville. She was born May 6, 1946 in Hopkins Co. to the late Edgar Otis Brown and late Earnestine Adams Brown.

Also preceded in death by one brother, Edgar Lee Brown and one sister, Martha Corbitt.

She is survived by husband, James Nicks; sisters, Geneva Corbitt of Nortonville; Betty Spears of Crofton; Mollie Cook of Nortonville; and Debra Elaine Cunningham of Francisco, IN; brothers, Randy Lee Brown and Gary Brown both of Nortonville; and caretaker, Vickie Shadrick.

Services will be Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. at Bandy Funeral Home with Bro. Mike Spears officiating. Visitation will be Monday 5-8:00 p.m. and Tuesday 9-11 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be at Good Hope Cemetery, Nortonville.

Pallbearers will be Tim Corbitt, Charlie Spears, Danny Blades, Kevin, Greg, and Matthew Brown.
