William A. Maraman, 73 of Madisonville, Ky

HOPKINS COUNTY, Ky. - William A. Maraman, 73 of Madisonville, Ky passed away Friday January 10, 2014 at his home.

He was born in Russellville, Ky on August 25, 1940 to the late George William and Alice Christine (Hunter) Maraman.

He was a Baptist. William was a retired truck driver for Lewis Bakeries. He was also a US Army Veteran and past commander of American Legion Post 6 in Madisonville. He loved to play golf and fish.

William is survived by 1 daughter; Pam Martin and husband Billie of Hanson, Ky; 1 Step son; Bruce Kinney of Henderson, Ky; 2 grandchildren; Joseph Seth Martin and wife Brittany of Hanson, Ky, Jared Heath Martin and wife Jessica of Fort Bragg, NC; 2 Great grandchildren; John Thomas Martin and Kiley Martin both of Madisonville; 3 sisters; Jo Penick of Hopkinsville, Ky, Rita Brooks of Henderson, Ky, Terri Maraman of Ky; 2 brothers; Denny Maraman of Ky, Mike Maraman of St. Louis, MO; Nieces and Nephews.

Services will be private.

Tomblinson Funeral Home Slaughters-Hanson Chapel is handling arrangements.
