Owensboro Police Department Reports Activity

oboro police 300OWENSBORO, Ky. (6/6/14) — Owensboro Police Department reported the following recent arrests and citations:

Seth Forsythe, 26, of Owensboro, was charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place in the 1900 block of Colonial Court.

Harvey Gilliam, 41, of Owensboro, was charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place and possession of marijuana in the 1400 block of W. 2nd St.

John Goggans, 44, of Owensboro, was charged with manufacturing methamphetamine, known possession of anhydrous ammonia outside of an approved container with intent to manufacture methamphetamine, wanton endangerment, first degree possession of a controlled substance, and buy/possess drug paraphernalia.

Michael Hall, 38, of Owensboro, was charged with parental responsibility of a minor after his daughter was allegedly identified as a passenger in a vehicle in the 2200 block of Boarman Drive at 2:30 a.m.

Corilee Hester, 23, of Owensboro, was served a warrant alleging first degree burglary.

Joe Higgins, 27, of Owensboro, was charged with fourth degree assault in the 2900 block of Veach Rd.

Myles Christian G. Lee, 27, of Owensboro, and Nicholas Mattingly, 21, of Owensboro, were each charged with possession of marijuana and buy/possess drug paraphernalia.

Cody Lindsey, 37, of Owensboro, was served a warrant charging him with rape, first degree sodomy, second degree sodomy, and third degree sodomy.

Timothy McDonald, 48, of Owensboro, was charged with two counts of first degree trafficking in a controlled substance and two counts of second degree trafficking in a controlled substance following a traffic stop at the corner of W. Warwick Place and Placid Place.

Charles McHenry, 57, was charged with theft by unlawful taking for allegedly stealing two televisions for Wal-Mart on Frederica St. Authorities said McHenry turned himself in at the Owensboro Police Department.

Clinton Morris, 21, of Owensboro, was charged with fourth degree assault.

Jamichael Morton, 18, of Owensboro, was charged with intermediate licensing violations following a traffic stop on Boarman Drive. Authorities alleged Morton had three passengers under the age of 18 in his vehicle.

Benjamin Moss, 39, of Owensboro, was charged with parental responsibility for minors after his daughter was allegedly identified as a passenger in a vehicle on Boarman Drive at 2:30 a.m.

Melody O’Bryan, 34, of Owensboro, was charged with parental responsibility for a minor after her daughter was allegedly identified as a passenger in a vehicle on Boarman Drive at 2:30 a.m.

Katrina Parm, 34, was served a summons charging theft by deception.

Austin Rightmyer, 24, was charged with trafficking in a controlled substance.

Michael Scott, 45, of Owensboro, was charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place in the 1900 block of W. Parrish Ave.

Cylar Shemwell, of Louisville was charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place in the 2700 block of W. 9th St.

Frankie Townsend, 53, of Owensboro, was charged with two counts of first degree trafficking in a controlled substance and two counts of second degree trafficking in a controlled substance at the corner of W. Warwick Place and Placid Place. Authorities said during booking procedures they allegedly discovered pills in Townsend’s wallet that led to additional charges of illegal possession of a legend drug and prescription drugs not in proper container.

Joseph Wedding, 30, of Maceo, was charged with license to be in possession, possession of marijuana, and buy/possess drug paraphernalia.

Christopher DeWitt, 37, was served a warrant charging him with third degree burglary and theft by unlawful taking.
