Mitch Seaton, 35, of Madisonville, Ky.

mitch seatonMADISONVILLE, Ky. – Mitch Seaton, 35, of Madisonville, Ky. passed away June 21, 2014 in Madisonville.

He was born March 28, 1979 in Madisonville to James Douglas Seaton and Andrea Shannon Downs Seaton.

Mr. Seaton worked at G.E. as a supervisor. He loved to hunt, fish, and play golf. He was a 1997 graduate of Hopkins County Central High School.

He is survived by his parents; his wife, Bethany Syers Seaton of Madisonville; one daughter, Riley Seaton of Hanson, Ky.; one step-daughter, Isabelle Baker of Madisonville; one son, Landon Seaton of Hanson; two step sons, Tyler Guin of Madisonville and Jackson Baker of Madisonville; one sister, Jamie (Chad) Hockensmith of Georgetown, Ky.; two nieces, Seaton and Micah Hockensmith of Georgetown; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, June 25, 2014 at Barnett-Strother Funeral Home with Bro. Terry Rhye officiating. Burial will follow at Springdale Cemetery in Sebree, Ky.

Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Tuesday and from 9:00 a.m. until service time on Wednesday at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Shawn Guinn, Matt Allen, Chad Hockensmith, Chad Larkin, Ryan Richardson, and Daniel Blue.

Memorial contributions may be made to a fund for his children at Independence Bank. Envelopes will be made available at the funeral home.
