Kenneth Ray Clayton, 65, of Madisonville, Ky

MADISONVILLE, KY - Kenneth Ray Clayton, 65, of Madisonville, Ky. passed away at 9:47 p.m. on Wednesday, November 2, 2011 at Regional Medical Center in Madisonville.

He was born on October 20, 1946 in Madisonville, Ky. to the late Verdie and Ruby Clayton. He was a retired United States Air Force Veteran. He was formerly a rural carrier for the Nortonville Post Office. He was a member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church in Madisonville.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two sisters and one brother.

He is survived by his wife of thirty-three years, Robbie Clayton; four daughters, Kenya (Mark) Smith of Poplar Bluff, MO, Karla Ward of Fisk, MO, Malena Partee of Madisonville and Kathy (Bobby) Girvin of Madisonville; a son, Jim Ware of Madisonville; six grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 12:30 p.m. on Sunday, November 6, 2011 in the chapel of Harris Funeral Home in Madisonville with Bro. Jared Leet officiating. Military services will be conducted graveside by the United States Air Force. Burial will be in Odd Fellows Cemetery in Madisonville.

Visitation will be from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. Saturday and from 10 a.m. until the funeral hour Sunday at Harris Funeral Home.
