MADISONVILLE, KY - Betty Joe Jarvis, 78, of Madisonville, Ky. passed away at 7 p.m. on Saturday, November 5, 2011 at Regional Medical Center in Madisonville. She has left this life to join the love of her life, since she was fourteen years old, her T.J.

She was born on January 17, 1933 in Earlington, Ky. to the late Ruby and Essie Baldwin. She retired as a LPN and was a homemaker and a mamaw to all. She was a member of First Christian Church of Earlington.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, T.J. Jarvis and her brother, Norman Baldwin.

She is survived by her daughter, Judy (Kenny) Campbell of Madisonville; three sons, Roger (Judy) Jarvis of Hanson, KY, Norman Jarvis of Madisonville and Mike (JoAnie) Jarvis of Madisonville; nine grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; three sisters, Elizabeth Ford of Earlington, KY, Helen Crunk of Madisonville and Geraldine Dunlap of White Plains, KY; a sister-in-law, Christina Baldwin of TX; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, November 9, 2011 in the chapel of Harris Funeral Home in Madisonville with Bro. J.D. Holt officiating. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery in Earlington, KY.

Visitation will be held from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. Tuesday and from 9 a.m. until the funeral hour Wednesday at Harris Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Josh Campbell, Greg Campbell, Marcus Campbell, Aaron Jarvis, Brendan Jarvis and Tim Jarvis. Honorary pallbearers will be Adam Jarvis and Kenny Campbell.
