Allyne Villines Brown, 83, Nebo

5flowerNEBO, KY - Allyne Villines Brown, 83, Nebo, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 21, 2011, at her home.

She attended Silent Run Baptist Church in Nebo. She was born to the late Emory and Ethel Watson Villines. She married Johnnie E. Brown, and to this union two sons were born.

She was preceded in death by one son, Michael W. Brown; one sister, Mary E. Thopy; one brother, Emory Villines; and one granddaughter, Brantley M. Brown.

Survivors include her husband of 65 years, Johnnie E. Brown; one son, Johnny A. Brown and his wife, Sherlene, of Nebo; two grandchildren, John A. Brown and his wife, DeAnna, and Laurelle Hill and her husband, David; four great-grandchildren, Micah Brown, Ava Hill, Brennan Hill and Amelia Hill; several nieces and nephews.

She always lived life to the fullest, loved her family dearly, and is surely celebrating in heaven with her Mike and Brantley.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Townsend Funeral Home in Dixon. Brother Wayne Lamb and Brother Rick Lutz will officiate. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery in Dixon. Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. today and after 8 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.

Expressions of sympathy may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
