2sunsetMADISONVILLE, KY - James Portz, 45, of Madisonville, KY passed away at 1 a.m. on Wednesday, December 28, 2011 at his home.

He was born on January 16, 1966 in Chicago, IL to William Portz and the late Joyce Rushing. He was a self-employed truck driver. He was of the Catholic faith.

He is survived by his father, William Portz of WY; his sister, Sherry Fuller of WY; and one niece and two nephews.

There will be no services. Harris Funeral Home in Madisonville is handling the arrangements. Burial will be held at a later date.

There will be no visitation.
