1flowerNEBO, KY - Amanda Michelle Tapp 30, of Nebo, KY passed away at Regional Medical Center in Madisonville, KY on Saturday Dec. 31, 2011.

She attended Oakley Home General Baptist Church.

She is survived by her parents Stephen L. and Kathy Sue Tapp of Nebo, KY; one sister Jessica Tapp of Columbia, MO.

Memorial services will be held at 4pm on Saturday January 7, 2012 at Townsend Funeral Home in Dixon, KY. Rev. Don Raymer and Rev. Neil Kolodey will officiate.

Visitation will be from 12 noon until service time at the funeral home on Saturday.

Memorial contributions can be made to the Liberty Place Rehab for Women 218 Lake Street Richmond, KY 40475
