Jason Brian Sidney Sylvester Butler, 40 of Madisonville, KY

 

MADISONVILLE, KY - Jason Brian Sidney Sylvester Butler, 40 of Madisonville, KY., died Tuesday at his home.
 
Born March 25, 1971 in Champaign, IL, he was the son of the late Chal Sidney and Nancy (Boze) Butler Rodgers. He was a Body Modification Specialist. Mr. Butler was a member of New Life Christian Worship Center in Providence, Ky.
 
Survived by  his mother Nancy Butler Rodgers one daughter: Sydney Butler and six sons: Vincent Butler, Johnathan Butler, Donavan Butler, Raif Butler, Samuel Butler, Link Butler; Three sisters: Cynthia Chambers, Sylvia Butler Moore, Tammy LeDee and Four brothers: William Hill, Joseph Butler, Preston Chambers, Ontario Palmer.
 
Predeceased by his sisters, Nancy Gayle Hill, Patricia Butler and grandmother, Nevolyn Thompson.
 
Friends may call Friday from 5-8 pm and Saturday from 10am-1pm at Bandy Funeral Home, Nortonville, KY.
 
Funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM at Bandy Funeral Home. Interment will be Saturday in Good Hope Cemetery, Nortonville. Officiating will be by Bro. Gary Dock.
