oldham jamesMADISONVILLE, KY - James Kenneth Oldham, 76, of Madisonville, KY, passed away at 3:00 P.M. Thursday, January 19, 2012 at Brighton Cornerstone.

He was born March 16, 1935 in Madisonville to the late James Floyd Oldham and Thelma Lou Hatler Oldham.

Mr. Oldham was a retired Navy Veteran. He was a member of the American Legion, the VFW, and the Madisonville Elks Lodge.

He was survived by his wife, Cherry Sue Oldham of Dawson Springs, KY; one daughter, Tammy Oldham of Dayton, VA; two sons, Terry Oldham of Madisonville and Troy Oldham of New Market, VA; three sisters, Alice Gibbs of Madisonville; Patsy McGregor of Madisonville, and Betty Lou Oldham of Madisonville; two brothers, Gary Oldham and Dwayne Oldham of Madisonville, and three grandchildren.

Memorial services will be conducted by Brother Bobby McKnight at a later date. Funeral arrangements are being handled by Barnett-Strother Funeral Home.
