Ret. Col. Milton E. Turner, age 70, of Keyser, WV, formerly of Trigg Co., KY

CADIZ, KY - Ret. Col. Milton E. Turner, age 70, of Keyser, WV, formerly of Trigg Co., KY passed away Thursday, November 1, 2012, at Kline Hospice Center in Mount Airy, MD.

Ret. Col. Turner was retired fro the Us Army, having served 26 years. During which time he served during the Vietnam Conflict. He also retired as a consultant for the health care industry. He was of the Baptist faith.

He was survived by: Wife of 49 years - Margaret Cunningham Turner, Keyser, WV, Mother - Dorothy Turner, Murray, KY, Two Sons & Daughters-In-Law- Todd & StephanieTurner, Centerville, MD, Mark & Gail Turner, Waterford, VA, One Sister & Brother-In-Law - Sherry & Larry Huddleston, Cadiz, KY, Brother-in-law - Ramey Cunningham, Cadiz, KY, Three Grandchildren- Josh Turner, Casey Elizabeth Turner & Jacob Turner.

He was preceded in death by: Father - Olin Edward Turner.

Arrangements are being handled by Goodwin Funeral Home, Inc., 138 Main St. -P.O. Box 2050 Cadiz, KY 42211-031 in Cadiz, KY where the family will receive friends from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM Monday, November 5, 2012. Funeral Service will be at Goodwin Funeral Home at 10:00 AM Tuesday, November 6, 2012 with the Dr. Jimmy Gentry officiating. Burial with full military honors will follow at East End Cemetery in Cadiz, KY.

Memorial Contributions can be made to: Fisher House Foundation, Inc., 111 Rockville Pike, Rockville, MD 20850, Kline Hospice House, 7000 Kimmel Road, Mount Airy, MD 21771 or any church of the donor's choice.
