Freddie Elmo Wallace, age 64 of Benton, KY

BENTON, Ky. - Freddie Elmo Wallace, age 64 of Benton, KY passed away on Saturday, March 2, 2013, at 10:40 a.m. at Lourdes Hospital in Paducah, Kentucky.

Born Wednesday, June 16, 1948 in Stewart Co., Tennessee, he was a self employed Timber Cutter and was the son of the late R. E. Wallace and the late Velma (Young) Wallace.

He was a member of Paris Christian Center, Paris, Tennessee.

Surviving are one son, Shane Wallace of Benton, KY, two daughters, Mandie Scates of Dover, TN and Missy Morrical of Birdsville, KY, three brothers, Tim Wallace of Benton, KY, Hughie Wallace of Benton, KY and Blaine Wallace of Murray, KY, one sister, Elaine Gipson of Benton, KY.

Six grandchildren; Madison Jones, Alyson Jones, Caleb Scates, Eli Scate all of Dover, TN., Jessalyn Morrical and Colyn Morrical both of Birdsville, KY. also survive.

He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, Doug Wallace and Rodney Wallace, one sister, Wanda Sue Elliott and one grandchild, Talon Morrical.

Memorial services will be held Monday, March 4, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. in the Chapel of the Collier Funeral Home in Benton, Kentucky with the Rev. Brenda Adamson officiating. Inurnment will be held in the Wade Cemetery, Benton, Kentucky at a later date.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, on Monday, March 4, 2013, at Collier Funeral Home, 211 West 5th, Benton, Kentucky.
