Hopkins County Sheriff’s Dept. Arrest Report – April 22, 2013

Arrest Log HCSheriff v2 300HOPKINS COUNTY, Ky. (4/22/13) – Between the dates of April 19 and April 21, the Hopkins County Sheriff’s Department reported seven arrests.
 
On April 19, 18-year-old Jacob Upton of Dulin Street in Madisonville was arrested on charges of Burglary 2nd Degree.
 
Christan Allen, 28, of Hopewell Street in Madisonville was arrested on charges of Operating Motor Vehicle under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of a Controlled Substance and Prescription Controlled Substance not in Proper Container.
 
Robert Ray Massey, 37, of Pontiac Lane in Madisonville was arrested on charges of Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon, Trafficking in Synthetic Cannabinoid, Possession of Pre Cursor and Drug Paraphernalia.
 
On April 20, Cody Smith, 24, of Hospital Drive in Dawson Springs was arrested on charges of Assault 4th Degree (Domestic.)
 
Bobby C. Harper, 76, of Anton Road in Madisonville was arrested on charges of Assault 4th Degree.
 
On April 21, Nathaniel A. Gibson, 19, of Brown Badgett Loop in Madisonville was arrested on charges of Alcohol Intoxication, Fleeing/Evading Police and Disorderly Conduct.
 
Evan-Taylor Bush, 20, of East Noel Avenue in Madisonville was arrested on charges of Alcohol Intoxication.
