Stanley McGowan, 94, of Fredonia, KY

PRINCETON, Ky. - Stanley McGowan, 94, of Fredonia, KY passed away Monday, May 6, 2013 at his home. He was a farmer.

He is survived by two daughters, Becky Yancy and husband, Larry, Crayne, KY and Linda Howton and husband, Barry, Eddyville, KY and a half brother, Don McGowan, Hopkinsville, KY; seven grandchildren; and sixteen great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife Hazel McGowan; one son, Wayne McGowan; two brothers, Dr. Bob McGowan & Dr. Hugh McGowan; father, Hugh McGowan; and mother Agnes White McGowan Denham.

Graveside services will be held Wednesday, May 8, 2013 at 11:00 AM at Fredonia Cemetery. Burial will follow. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 PM Tuesday, May 7, 2013 at Morgan's Funeral Home.
