Gene Vanover, age 67, of Princeton, KY

PRINCETON, Ky. - Gene Vanover, age 67, of Princeton, KY passed away Sunday, May 19 at his home from an accidental fall. He was retired electrical line foreman with Princeton Electric Plant Board. He was also a member of National Rifle Association and National Wild Turkey Association and Calhoun United Methodist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Wilma Lois O'Bannon Vanover, Princeton, KY; five sons, Steve Revelett, Grand Rivers, KY; Tim Revelett, Princeton, KY; Greg Vanover, New Bern, N.C.; Neal Vanover and Tony Vanover, both of Calhoun, KY; one daughter, Selina Beck, Eddyville, KY; one brother, James Mincy, Franklin, KY; one sister, Juanita Bennett, Louisville, KY; thirteen grandchildren, Jessi Minor, Channing Revelett, Chase Revelett, Clay Revelett, Madalynn Revelett, Andres Vanover, Corey Stone, Bradley Stone, Katrina Revelett, Josh Vanover, Aaron Vanover, Shea Vanover and Brandon Vanover and two great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by one daughter, Rhonda Oleta Vanover, one grandson, Jeremy Clint Coffey and several brothers and sisters.

Visitation will be Thursday from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Morgan's Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Friday at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Richie McKinney officiating. Burial will follow in Cedar Hill Cemetery.
