Amos Winfield, age 85, of Cadiz, KY

sunrise1CADIZ, Ky. - Amos Winfield, age 85, of Cadiz, KY, passed away on Sunday, June 30, 2013, at Trigg County Hospital in Cadiz, KY. Mr. Amos Winfield was a member of Delmont Baptist Church. He was a retired Civil Service employee where he was a boiler operator.

He is survived by his Wife Betty Ricks Winfield, Hopkinsville, KY, Sons & Daughters In Law Jimmy & Carol Winfield, Cadiz, KY, Donnie Winfield, Hopkinsville, KY, Tony & Kathy Winfield, Hopkinsville, KY, Daughter & Son In Law Penny & Ricky Jones, Cadiz, KY, Brother & Sister In Law Billy & Dorothy Winfield, Evansville, IN, Grandchildren Barry Daniel & Terri Winfield, James Brian & Stephanie Winfield, Mat Jones, Kayla & Matthew Phillips, Will Winfield & Kimberly Jones, Great Grandchildren Eva Elizabeth Winfield, Jamus Brian Winfield, MacKayla Phillips, Peyton Phillips, Reed Phillips, Rhylan Johnson, Mylee Jones, Dustin Winfield.

He was preceded in death by his Parents john Ewin & Mary Taylor Winfield, Brothers James Thomas Winfield & Charley Ray Winfield, Sister Pamela L. Byrd, Son In Law Barry Gray.

Arrangements are being handled by Goodwin Funeral Home, Inc., 138 Main St. -P.O. Box 2050 Cadiz, KY 42211-031 in Cadiz, KY where the family will receive friends after 4:00 PM on Tuesday, July 2, 2013.

Funeral Service will be at Goodwin Funeral Home at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, July 3, 2013 with the Reverend Wayne Glass & Reverend Kyle Noffsinger officiating. Burial will follow at Little River Cemetery in Trigg Co., KY.

Memorial Contributions can be made to Little River Cemetery Fund PO Box 2020, Cadiz, KY 42211.
