opd arrestlog1 300OWENSBORO, Ky. (9/6/13) - The Owensboro Police Department reported the following criminal activity for Wednesday, Sept. 4:

Edwin C. Darling, of the 2500 block of Duke Dr., was arrested at 1:53 a.m. on charges of Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs/Etc .08 First Offense.

Michael G. Kost, of the 1000 block of Gardenside Dr., was arrested at 2:00 a.m. on charges of an Execution of a Bench Warrant for Leaving the Scene of an Accident Failure to Render Aid or Assistance and Execution of a Bench Warrant for Operating a Vehicle with an Expired Operators License.

Brittney M. Felty, of the 300 block of Main St., was arrested at 3:03 a.m. on charges of Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs/Etc .08 Second Offense and Possession of an Opened Alcoholic Beverage Container in a Motor Vehicle Prohibited.

James L. Crabtree, of the 700 block of Bolivar St., was arrested at 11:37 p.m. on charges of Theft By Unlawful Taking or Disposition of an Auto.
