Owensboro Country Club, located at 400 E Byers Ave, received a score of 99 and an A rating.

Kids Inc Kiddie Kollege, located at 2724 New Hartford Rd, received a score of 100 and an A rating.

Dairy Queen, located at 1715 Frederica St, received a score of 98 and an A rating.

Pizza Hut, located at 1331 Frederica St, received a score of 97 and an A rating

Over the Rainbow, located at 411 W 4th St, received a score of 93 and a C rating in a regular inspection, and a score of 100 and an A rating in a follow-up inspection.

Rite-Aid Pharmacy, located at 3026 E 4th St, received a score of 100.

Quality Quick, located at 3815 Carter Rd, received a score of 100 and an A rating for its food section, and a score of 100 for its retail section.

Quality Quick, located at 2030 W Parrish Ave, received a score of 83 and a C rating in a regular inspection for their food section, and a score of 100 and an A rating in a follow-up inspection; it received a score of 81 in a regular inspection for their retail section, and a score of 97 in a follow-up inspection.

Heritage Place Assisted Living, located at 3362 Buckland Sq, received a score of 96 and an A rating.

Subway, located at 3151 Leitchfield Rd, received a score of 89 and a C rating in a regular inspection, and a score of 97 and an A rating.

Deals, located at 3980 Frederica St, received a score of 97.

Mr. Wok Express, located at 3435 Frederica St, received a score of 84 and a C rating in a regular inspection and a 100 and an A rating in a follow-up inspection.

The Next Level Sports Facility, located at 105 Carlton Dr, received a score of 100 and an A rating.

Wadlington & Son’s Meat, located at 2610 Veach Rd, received a score of 100.
