Willis Huell Redd, Sr., age 80, of Eddyville, Ky

BENTON, Ky. - Willis Huell Redd, Sr., age 80, of Eddyville, Ky, formerly of Marshall County, passed away Saturday, November 23, 2013, at his residence in Eddyville, Ky. Mr. Redd was a self employed master plumber.

He was the son of the late Tandy Willis Redd and the late Josephine Cotton Redd. He was also preceded in death by one sister: Ina Francis Rudd.

He is survived by two sons: Willis H. Redd Jr. of Eddyville, Ky and Chuck Huff, wife Gayle of Princeton, Ky, two daughters: Marcia Woolf, husband Ronnie of Eddyville, Ky and Mary Pitts, husband Ron of Benton, Ky, two nieces: Betty Ward of Graves Co, Ky and Mary Perkins of TN; one nephew: Johnny Rudd of Benton, Ky; grandchildren: Trace Bonds of Farmington, Ky, Tammy McWherter of Calvert City, Ky and Michael Brittian, wife Rebecka of Almo, Ky; and great grandchildren: Shelby Rnae Brittian, Jonathan and Katherine McWherter, and Taryn Day Brittian.

Arrangements are being handled by Collier Funeral Home in Benton, Ky where the family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 PM, Tuesday, November 26, 2013. Funeral service will be at Collier Funeral Chapel at 11:00 AM, Wednesday, November 27, 2013, with Edgar Paschall officiating. Interment will be at Marvin-Oliver Cemetery, Lamasco, Ky.

The family ask memorial contributions be made to the Arthritis Foundation, P.O. Box 96280, Washington D.C. 20077-7491.
