KUTTAWA, KY - Rodney Wayne Lovan, 64, of Kuttawa, passed away Sunday, November 27, 2011, at his residence in Kuttawa.
Mr. Lovan was a retired railroad conductor for the CSX Railroad Company in Madisonville.
He is survived by his wife of 20 years, Jennie Humphrey Lovan; one daughter and son-in-law, Denise and Richard Hane of Paducah; two granddaughters, Allison and Amanda Hane, both of Paducah; one brother Danny (Kathy) Lovan of West Frankfort, IL; three sisters, Jeanne (Bob) Dial of Lakeland, FL, Lisa (Robert) Collier of West Frankfort, IL, Tracy Lovan of Marion, IL and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, James R. Lovan and Wanda Doris Lovan.
Memorial services are scheduled for 6:00 P.M. Tuesday, November 29, 2011, at Lakeland Funeral Home Chapel in Eddyville with Matt Conrad officiating. Visitation will be 4:00 P. M. until the service time of 6:00 P.M. Tuesday at the funeral home.
