Lavinia Selby Miller (Lee), 94

LEXINGTON, Ky. - Miller, Lavinia Selby (Lee), 94, widow of Frank J. Miller, passed away Sun, Jan 13, 2013.

Born in Danville, KY, she was the daughter of the late Lee and Vernia Benson Selby. A retired switchboard operator with IBM, she was affectionately known for her “Good Morning, IBM”. She was a member of Grace Baptist Church, Fayette County Homemakers, Fayette County Garden Club, Bluegrass Hobby Club, Gad About Senior Citizens and was twice named a Kentucky Colonel.

She is survived by numerous cousins, as well as dear friends, including Sue (the late Ken) White, Susan White Glenn and family, Stephen White and family, Patrick White and family.

Services will be 1:30 PM Wed at Milward-Broadway. Burial will follow at Belluvue Cemetery, Danville, KY. Visitation will be 11:30 AM till service time. Memorials may be made to Grace Baptist Church Building Fund, 811 Bryan Ave, Lexington, KY 40505.
