Ruby Dean Gross Fisher, 81

LEXINGTON, Ky. - Ruby Dean Gross Fisher, 81, went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ Thursday, January 17, 2013. She was the daughter of the late Clayton and Mattie Gross and the widow of Johnny Fisher. She was a member of the Old Time Missionary Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother-in-law, Bruce Gabbard; and a special niece, Teresa Taylor. Survivors include one son, Earl Wayne Fisher of Lexington; three sisters, Maudie Gabbard of Dayton, Ohio, Ella Oaks (Ed) of Morrow, Ohio and Joyce Klave (Dennis) of Lexington; three brothers, Earl Gross (Viola) of Lynchburg, Ohio; Ralph Gross of Lexington and Mervin Gross (Josephine) of Lexington; and numerous nephews, nieces, grand-nephews, grand-nieces and countless friends.

Funeral services will be 2:30 pm Monday at Kerr Bros. – Harrodsburg Rd. by Bro. Mike Davis with burial to follow in Evergreen Memory Gardens. Visitation will be 4-8 pm Sunday at the funeral home.
