LEXINGTON, Ky. - Leola M. Hurst, 95, widow of George A. Hurst, passed away Tuesday March 12, 2013. Born in Morehead, KY she was the daughter of the late William T. and Lyda Messer Caudill. She, her husband, and her family worked together to create the Hurst Music Company.

She is survived by her daughter, Carolyn H. Brown; her granddaughter, Ashley (David) Nastwold; and four great grandchildren, Parker, Gavin, Preston, and Alexis Nastwold.

A graveside service will be held 11am Mon at the Lexington Cemetery. Kerr Brothers Funeral Home – Main St. in charge of arrangements.
