LEXINGTON, Ky. - Anna Louise Gales, 82, of Lexington, formerly of Middlesboro, KY, passed away Sat. March 16, 2013 at the Northpoint Lexington Healthcare Center. She was the daughter of the late Fayette and Daisy Thomas Langham and a homemaker and mother to seven children who survive.
Survivors include three daughters, Joyce (Raymond) Lee, Jenkins, KY, Vanessa (Lawrence) Payne, Richmond, KY, and Priscilla Gales, Lexington, KY; four sons, Frank Gales Jr., Middlesboro, KY, William Gales Sr., Knoxville, TN, Clifford Gales, Jenkins, KY, and Timothy ( Tammy) Gales, Lexington, KY; ten grandchildren; seven great grandchildren, a host of nieces and nephews and her former husband Frank Gales Sr., Middleboro, KY.
She was preceded in death by a grandson, Damarcus Gales and six brothers and sisters.
Funeral services will be 10:00 am on Saturday at Kerr Brothers Funeral Home – Harrodsburg Road by the Rev. Lawrence Hollyfield and Rev. Ronald Hampton with burial to follow in the Lexington Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 5 – 8 pm Friday at the funeral home. Contributions are suggested to the Alzheimer’s Association, Kaden Tower, 6100 Dutchmans Lane Ste 401, Louisville, KY 40205.
