Paul, McConnell, Alexander and Whitfield to Attend Freedom to Fish Rally at Barkley Dam

fishing man boatFRANKFORT, Ky. (4/12/13) – On Saturday, April 13, Senators Rand Paul (Ky.), Mitch McConnell (Ky.), Lamar Alexander (Tenn.) and Representative Ed Whitfield (Ky.) will appear at the Freedom to Fish rally at Barkley Dam.

These Members of Congress will discuss the “Freedom to Fish Act,” which would prevent the Army Corps of Engineers from establishing a restricted area, prohibiting public access to waters downstream of a dam.

This event is open to the press, and there will be availability for Q&A after remarks are made by all elected officials.
