indictment antonioHOPKINS COUNTY, Ky. (5/3/13) – On April 30, 2013, Antonyo Brodie was indicted by Hopkins County Circuit Grand Jury on multiple charges stemming from a robbery at Taco Bell in Madisonville.
 
On December 30, 2012, Brodie, and another individual Anthey Jones JR, performed a robbery at Taco Bell. On Tuesday of this week, Brodie was indicted on charges of First-Degree Robbery by using or threatening the use of Physical force armed with a deadly weapon or dangerous instrument, or caused physical injury to another person when in the course of committing a theft. These charges are classified as a Class B Felony.
 
Brodie was also charged as a first degree persistent felony offender.
 
Grand Jury witnesses in this case are Detective Leighann Leavell with MPD and Charlie Charlie Weatherford, OCA.
 
No arraignment Date or Bond information has been released at this time.
