Lisa Lane Rice Elliot, 54

LEXINGTON, Ky. – Lisa Lane Rice Elliot, 54, passed away Saturday, May 11, 2013 after a courageous seven year battle with cancer.

She is survived by her loving husband of 33 years David Farrell Elliott; parents William Kenney Rice, Sr. and Charlotte Lane Rice; daughters Whitney Elliott Baxter (Mac) and Kelsey Anne Elliott; brothers William Kenney Rice, Jr. (Johanna) and Carter McLeod Rice (Melinda); nieces Madalyne Joanne Rice and Gabrielle Louise Rice; nephew Logan McLeod Rice; granddaughter Audrey Lane Baxter and a grandson expected this fall.

Lisa was a lifelong member of Southland Christian Church.

Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Tuesday at Milward-Man O’ War, 1509 Trent Blvd. Burial will follow at Lexington Cemetery.

Visitation will begin at 11 a.m. with the funeral service immediately following.

Memorial contributions are suggested to Hospice of the Bluegrass or the American Cancer Society
