Diane Marguerite Sevigny, 56

skybirdLEXINGTON, Ky. - Diane Marguerite Sevigny, 56, passed away June 27, 2013 in the hospital at the University of Ky, Lexington, Ky. Diane was born on March 27, 1957, the daughter of George D. and Marguerite R. Sevigny of Red Hook, New York, where she graduated from Red Hook High School. Diane's college years were spent at SUNY Albany where she earned a BS in Mathematics and an MBA. She lived in Piscataway, NJ for the first 20 years of her career and worked for AT&T. Diane then moved back to Red Hook, NY and went to work as a remote employee for DMD Data Systems, a provider of computer hardware, software, and middleware, headquartered in Frankfort, Ky and headed by her brother, David G. Sevigny. Subsequently, Diane lived in the Frankfort, Ky area for the last two years of her life, where she will be sorely missed by all the employees of DMD. Diane enjoyed reading, cooking, and many various crafts throughout the years, in addition to spending time on yearly family vacations with her extended family.

Diane is survived by her loving parents and three siblings and their spouses, Denise M. Sevigny and Peter P. Klinger of Wappingers Falls, NY, Michel C. and Michael J. Considine of Hyde Park, NY, and David G. and Paula W. Sevigny of Lexington, KY. Diane was blessed with 8 nieces and nephews who have fond memories of their times with their Aunt: Lauren E. Sevigny, Andrew T. Sevigny, Sean M. Considine, Matthew R. Considine, Daniel D. Considine, Dustin M. Klinger, Amy L. Klinger, and Nicole R. Klinger.

A visitation followed by a prayer service will be held on Monday, July 1, 2013 at 5:30-7:30 pm at Kerr Brothers Funeral home in Lexington, KY. In addition, calling hours in Red Hook will be held on July 4, 2013 from 4:00 – 7:00 pm at the Burnett and White Funeral Home in Red Hook. A funeral mass and burial will be held at St. Christopher's Church, on July 5, 2013 at 10:00 AM.
