Donations Needed for Friends of the Library Used Book Sale

warren co pub library1 300BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (7/17/13) – The Warren County Public Library is now accepting donations for the annual Friends of the Library Used Book Sale.  Books donated to the library are tax deductible, as allowed by law. Books may be donated at all library branches.

“The sale is truly a community driven effort,” says Book Sale Co-chair, Donna Wofford.  “The first and most important phase is to encourage our community to donate  used books, audio books,  DVDs, and CDs. Without donations the sale would not be possible."

The Friends Used Book Sale will be held at the L & N Depot September 20 - 22. Members of the Friends of the Library can shop at the special preview night on Thursday, September 19. Proceeds from the sale benefit the library's Summer and Winter Reading Programs. For more information, call Donna Wofford at 270-843-2296.
